Cancellations And Refund Policy

Any items that arrive damaged or faulty must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with details and images.

Orders can not be cancelled unless in exceptional circumstances.

Returns- 14 working days
Refund- 14 working days
Faulty items-covered for 3 months

Terms and Conditions

Our working days are Monday - Friday with bank holidays not included both Scottish and English bank holidays may cause delays.
